My mission is to use my business knowledge, experience, and connections to connect women overcomers with economic opportunities to build net worth and self-worth.
I strive to do this by:
-Supporting companies in aligning their environmental, social, and governance efforts with their strategic mission to create the greatest impact for the business and society.
-Training businesses to successfully hire overcomers through initiatives such as second chance hiring.
-Inspiring businesses to expand their hiring pool to individuals who have been historically marginalized in our society.
-Educating the public on the truths of human trafficking, specifically sex trafficking in America, and the role business can play to solve this social problem.
